A taste of excellence

On the Adriatic Riviera the dining table is a place of authenticity and sharing, of flavours and warm hospitality.

Local produce is at the heart of our culinary heritage, skilfully kept alive by superb yet inexpensive restaurants, the oldest of which is the Casa delle Aie.

On the hobs and grills of the kitchen, these traditions are enhanced by the expertise of the chefs.

Ancient know-how is combined with new and original ideas to create surprising combinations whilst still maintaining the important bond with our region and its produce. Food from the land really stands out. Fresh pasta, which has to be hand rolled, is the star of our cuisine and cappelletti are perhaps the most delicious version. Filled with cheese or meat, they are a real treat for your taste buds, we promise you!

Other not-to-be-missed dishes included grilled and roasted meats, high-quality cured meats, and the famous piadina.

And of course there is plenty of fish and seafood to choose from too. Highlights include oily fish, prepared with simple but delicious recipes, and carpaccio and other raw dishes.

If you like the fresh, delicate flavours of the sea then make sure you try our oysters which are grown just off the coast.
Their meaty texture and the hint of salt in the after-taste make them a real delight.
