Mushroom festival
Two evenings dedicated to gastronomy with a mushroom menu and musical entertainment.
A unique menu celebrating mushrooms in all their nuances, from champignons to chanterelles and pleurotus, each dish becoming a true work of culinary art.
Some of the dishes you will find at the food stands are:
- Garganelli with Mushrooms
- Garganelli with mushrooms and sausage
- Garganelli with tomato
- Marinated anchovies with champignon mushroom misticanza
- Volunteer's dish: grilled mortadella, fried polenta and truffled mushrooms and piadina
- Buredèli's dish: raw ham, fresh mushrooms, parmesan cheese, rocket and piadina
- Mixed fried mushrooms
- Chips
- Torretta di ciambella Romagnola with cream
During the evenings you can also listen to live music performances
