Villa Perelli
Designed in 1940 by architect Mario Cavallè, it moved from initial experimentalism to the purest rationalism. The salient feature is an elevated rotunda set on 5 long columns. The large circular hall is divided by 14 French windows, with a cantilevered balcony that surrounds its perimeter. On the flat roof there is a large terrace. Villa Perelli reflects the taste of an era that saw trust in the future and interventionism as the highest architectural expression, so its shape which recalls the bow of a ship became the ideal environment to host the luxurious galas of the upper class . Villa Perelli over time became Villa ArfelliI and Baracchini, and finally Touring.
