The Salt Road Gran Fondo is a classic Italian gran fondo, which since 1997 has been attracting cyclists from across Italy and further afield to tackle one of the three routes which offer different lengths and difficulty levels.
The routes take in some of the best-loved roads and climbs in the Romagna region, including the legendary Cima Pantani in Montevecchio, where legendary rider Marco Pantani would train virtually every day.
This is a route which combines the excitement of riding in a gran fondo with itineraries to suit everyone, from the sea to the hills, uphill and downhill, for a fantastic active day out!
