The visit continues outside the Botanical Garden, taken from an idea of Omberto Foschi and inaugurated in 2013, where there are more than 40 tree species of forgotten fruits, and is curated by Alberto Zattoni.
A visit to discover places of Cervia tradition, with a historical intrusion by Renato Lombardi, a local scholar who welcomes participants.
At 6 p.m., presentation by Cesare Brusi of the various phases of beekeeping and honey preparation. Afterwards, tastings of various types of honey with piadina, cheese and fruit.
