Craft Gin Winter Fest
Appointment with artisan producers from all over Italy, food pairings, masterclasses, shopping and lots of music.
The event hosts about twenty artisan producers from all over Italy, inside the Officine del Sale, an ancient artifact born from the recovery of a former storage warehouse from the late 17th century, which today, after a masterful renovation, has become a trendy space dedicated to catering and entertainment. During the evening, each producer has their own station, where they can taste the Gin pure or in combination with prestigious tonics, taking into account the rules of conscious drinking. Food tastings from local producers, certified foods, shopping at the stalls, live music and cultural interludes, complete a day of tastings and knowledge of the product.
