The public library is a meeting point for all readers and students in the area, as well as welcoming tourists who spend their holidays in Cervia every year. Since 1988 the Library has become part of the interlibrary network of Romagna with which it shares the online catalog connected to the National Library Service (SBN) with over 80,000 volumes including books, periodicals and multimedia. It houses the fund of ancient books and the donation of the books of the journalist, special correspondent of the Corriere della Sera and novelist Max David, as well as the studio of the poet Tolmino Baldassari. The children's section is particularly well looked after and the children's playroom welcomes the little ones with stories and narrations of all kinds.
