Saturday 14 June for Ravenna Festival - Il trebbo in musica show The novel of the Bible with Aldo Cazzullo and Moni Ovadia.

A story told in two voices: written, directed and performed by Aldo Cazzullo and Moni Ovadia accompanies it with readings, interventions and songs. The live music, ranging from sacred to contemporary, is by Giovanna Famulari, on piano and cello.

The story touches on some of the best-known episodes and characters from the Old Testament: from the Creation to Sodom and Gomorrah, from Adam and Eve to Noah's Ark, from Abraham to the prophecy of Isaiah that foretells and gives a glimpse of the arrival of the Messiah. There is one thing that always remains the same: the plot. The sauce of the whole story. The novel of the Bible. The great story of men who lived under God's gaze, from Adam to our fathers, the origins of our culture.

In the background the spectacular testimonies that these stories have left in the visual arts, true sources of inspiration over the centuries of the greatest artists with video by Elisa Savi, sand drawings by Gabriella Compagnone.
