Traditional egg pasta - Practical Course at Casa Artusi

Try your hand at preparing egg pasta sheets and making various formats of fresh pasta (tagliatelle, cappelletti, etc.). After a historical introduction, each participant will create his or her own pasta sheet by hand, followed by a tutor from the Mariette Association. The course includes a guided tour and a free handmade apron.
