Casa Artusi - Practical Course and Tasting ‘The Egg Pasta of bygone days
Try your hand at preparing the pasta sheet and making various formats of fresh pasta (tagliatelle, cappelletti, etc.). After a historical introduction, each participant will create two sheets of pasta by hand followed by a tutor from the Mariette Association. This will be followed by a tasting of Artusi dishes paired with local wines, seasonal vegetables, dessert or fruit, and coffee/tea. The course includes a guided tour and a complimentary artisan apron.

- € 108.00 per person for groups of 5 to 9 persons
